DeFlow Support & Privacy Policy

DeFlow respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how DeFlow handles information when you use the app on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Data Collection

DeFlow does not collect personal data.

We do not collect, store, sell, share, or track your personal information. DeFlow does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking tools.

Task and Note Data

The tasks, notes, dates, completion status, and related information you create in DeFlow are stored on your device.

If iCloud is enabled on your device, DeFlow can sync your data across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac using Apple’s CloudKit service and your personal iCloud account.

DeFlow does not operate an external server for your task data.

iCloud Sync

DeFlow uses Apple CloudKit to provide iCloud synchronization.

Your synced data is associated with your Apple iCloud account and is handled by Apple’s iCloud infrastructure. The developer of DeFlow does not access, view, sell, or share your iCloud data.

You can control iCloud availability through your device settings.

No Tracking

DeFlow does not track you across apps or websites.

DeFlow does not use your data for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.

No User Accounts

DeFlow does not require you to create an account.

The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, password, or other account credentials.

No Third-Party Analytics or Advertising

DeFlow does not include third-party analytics tools or advertising networks.

We do not use third-party SDKs to monitor your behavior or collect usage data.

Data Storage and Deletion

Your DeFlow data is stored locally on your device and, if iCloud sync is enabled, in your private iCloud database.

You can delete your tasks inside the app. You can also remove app data by deleting the app from your device. iCloud data may also be managed through your Apple iCloud settings.

Children’s Privacy

DeFlow does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because DeFlow does not collect personal data, no personal information from children is knowingly collected, stored, or shared by the developer.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
